1. Return Policy

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns are subject to inspection. If approved, refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7 working days.

Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a store credit or refund may be offered.
3. Delivery Policy

Amman: Orders delivered within 24 hours.

Other Cities in Jordan: Orders delivered within 48 hours.

Delivery timelines may vary due to force majeure, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability at delivery.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the Return Policy will apply.
5. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability.

In the event an ordered product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
6. Warranty & Defects

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours.

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund after inspection.
